How do I play?

Tap a tube to pick it up, then tap another tube to pour. You can only pour a color onto a matching color (or into an empty tube), and a tube is finished when it holds four of the same color. Sort every tube to clear the level — each finished tube gives you a happy little cat wink.

What are credits, and do I have to pay?

Credits are used for helpers like hints and extra vials when you're stuck. You never have to pay — credits are earned for free through daily rewards and normal play. If you'd like, you can also buy a pack of credits, but it's completely optional and you can finish every level without spending anything.

I bought credits but don't see them.

Purchases are processed by Apple and usually arrive within a few seconds. If a purchase doesn't appear, make sure you're online, then fully close and reopen the app. Still missing? Email watersort@sternfam.com with the date and which pack you bought, and it'll be sorted out.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Credits are a consumable item tied to where they were granted. If you change devices and your progress is synced through iCloud (see below), your credit balance comes along with it. If something looks off after switching devices, get in touch and we'll help make it right.

Does my progress sync between devices?

Yes — progress is saved on your device and, when iCloud is enabled in your system settings, syncs through your Apple Account so your level and stars follow you. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account and connected to the internet on both devices.

Game Center isn't showing leaderboards or achievements.

Game Center is optional. To use it, sign in via Settings on your device (Game Center), then reopen Water Sort. Leaderboards track your Highest Level and Total Stars, and achievements unlock as you play.

How do I reset my progress?

Open the in-game Settings and choose "Reset All Progress." This clears your level and stars on the device — it can't be undone, so use it carefully.

The app crashed or a level seems unsolvable.

First try closing and reopening the app, and check you're on the latest version from the App Store. If a specific level looks impossible or something behaves oddly, email us the level number and a screenshot — that helps a lot, and it's a one-person shop so every report genuinely gets read.

Is there a color-blind mode?

Yes. In the in-game Settings under Accessibility you can turn on extra cues (symbols, patterns, or numerals) so colors are easier to tell apart.
